Yes, our roasting box and grill is 100% made in USA, so why not try some of the American versions of barbecue recipes and have a Texas inspired BBQ party at your home! For this 5 course meal you will need fish, chicken, brisket, ribs and pork chops, so lets get going!

Texas-Style Flounder

Get a mixing bowl and combine minced onions, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, salt, smoked paprika and cumin. Have the flounder on room temperature for 30 minutes before applying the rub. Gently rub spices onto the fish and then set aside. Grill for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

Texas Barbecue Chicken

Cut your chicken into quarters then brush them with vegetable oil. Now season with pepper flakes, thyme, salt and pepper on all sides. Set them aside. Smoke the chicken with hickory wood pellets for about 30 minutes. Start basting with barbecue sauce while turning the chicken occasionally to avoid burning.

Grilled Texas-Style Beef Ribs

Trim your beef ribs of fat. Combine salt and pepper together then rub it onto the meat. Grill the ribs for about 1 ¼ hours or until tender. For the sauce: mix chili powder, onion, chili peppers, honey, dry mustard, catsup and garlic. Let the ingredients cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Brush the sauce over the ribs until cooked. Serve with the remaining sauce.

Texas-Style Smoked Brisket

Rinse the brisket and then dry it with paper towels. In a bowl mix some chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar and cumin. Stir the ingredients thoroughly and then rub the mixture onto the meat then wrap the brisket in plastic. Put in the fridge and leave it there for about 4 to 8 hours. Smoke with your choice of wood until the meat is cooked according to your preferred doneness.

Texas-Style Grilled Pork Chops

Mix apple juice, ketchup, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, hot sauce and salt. Stir the ingredients thoroughly and then set aside about half a cup of this marinade. Put your pork chops in a bag and then add the marinade. Leave in the fridge for about 4 hours then thaw for 30 minutes before grilling.  Grill the pork chops until pink while basting and turning.
