Anleitung für fas Braten von Schweinefleisch (Spanferkel)

  7. Geben Sie die erste Ladung Holzkohle hinein. Sie können nur bei der ersten Ladung Holzkohle Feuerzeugbenzin fürs Anzünden benutzen.
  8. Legen Sie die Holzkohle in zwei gleich großen Stapeln auf beide Enden des Gitterfachs. Verteilen Sie die Kohle gleichmäßig auf dem Gitterfach. Auf diese Weise wird eine gleichmäßige Hitze im Innen der Grillbox gewährleistet.
  9. Entzünden Sie die Holzkohle.
