GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions on the protection of consumers, based on the recommendations of the Economic Chamber of Slovenia and international codes for the Web and electronic commerce. The LaCajachina's online store (hereinafter referred to as a "web store") is operated by Studio Da!, the service provider of electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as "Merchant").

By registering to obtain a visitor to store your user name, which is equal to its e-mail address and user password specified by the user. Username and password unambiguously define and connect the data input. Visitor registration certifies and warrants that it is an adult, a complete person with legal capacity. manner and conditions of delivery or product. execution of services, location and time of delivery;

information on the method of payment;

Details of the bid validity period from the online store;

information about the period in which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal;

information about the possible return of the product and whether and how such cost recovery user;

information about the complaint process and the user data of the contact the merchant to contact the user.

 

3. Product range, delivery and acceptance

5. Prices

Online price applies to all registered users online store dealer. 

All prices online are in euro and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

All prices are valid at the time of contract award and have a predetermined force, and therefore subject only to their respective changes. 6. The purchase process


6.1. Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract of sale

6.2. Technological means for identifying and correcting errors prior to contract award

Prior to contract award, the user (customer) via a graphical user interface, able to with immediate effect, simply and easily:

6.3. Order adopted

After contract award the user (buyer) of the dealer by e-mail received notice that the contract is accepted. Within an hour of receiving this notice, the user (customer) the option to cancel the contract without consequences. As an alternative to revocation of a user (buyer) after placing the order can not change the substance of the contract. 6.4. Order confirmed

7. Contract of sale

8. The right to withdraw from the purchase, the return of products

9. Warranty

14. Reviews and ratings of products

Opinions, comments and reviews of products made by users or visitors, the functionality of an online store, and are intended community of users.

The trader is not responsible for the content of opinions, comments and ratings of products made by users or visitors. 15. Responsibility

16. Complaints, disputes and applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions and all disputes between traders and consumers (buyers) and is applicable substantive and processually Slovenian law in excluding the private international law rules that would dictate the use of any other law.

For all relationships and the rights and obligations which are not governed by these General Conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Code of Obligations Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Personal Information Protection and Consumer Protection Act.

 

17. Amendments to General Terms and Conditions

18. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE OF La Caja China ROASTERS:

- Before use, ensure a safe distance between the LCC grill and potentially combustible objects (minimum distance: 2 m)

- Intended for outdoor use only

- Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to use LCC grills / roasters

- Set the grill / roaster on a solid and level ground

- Carefully read the Assembly Instructions before assembling the device

- While roasting, use the protective gloves that are resistant to high temperatures (min. 250°C) and are CE certified  

- Do not move the grill / roaster during use

- An adult should always be present during use

- After roasting safely put away firebrands and ashes (to prevent fire hazard)

- Two people, using protective gloves, must be present when lifting the cover and while turning the meat. Warning: Handle all the parts of the grill covered with charcoal with care, because these surfaces are very hot and may cause burns!!!

- Be careful around the sharp edges (danger of cuts or tearing of clothes)

- Never place charcoal or any other combustible derivatives directly into the oven 

- The tray in the grill / roaster is strictly intended for collecting run-off fat during the roasting process. The tray in the grill / roaster is NOT intended for food preparation, because it is made of tinned sheet which is not suitable for contact with food.
